Email documents to the wiki.
Forward anything worth keeping to wiki-bot@atlasnetwork.org. The wiki AI reads it, drafts the pages, and replies in the same thread — no logging in, no upload form.
Not switched on yet. The whole pipeline
below is built and tested, but the mailbox poller is
currently disabled — mail sent to
wiki-bot@atlasnetwork.org will sit unread rather
than bounce.
Two things turn it on: the wiki-bot OAuth credentials landing in Secrets Manager, and an admin enabling the scheduled poll. Until then, use Add to wiki. Ask InfoSys for the current status.
What to send

What comes back
A reply in the same thread, usually within a couple of minutes. If the AI can't tell where a document belongs it asks first, with a link for each likely destination. Open the link, then confirm on the page — opening the link does not file anything. You can also just reply in your own words. Then it drafts the pages and sends you a link to the changeset, and you get a final reply when a reviewer approves or declines it.
Nothing goes live straight from your inbox: every emailed source is reviewed first, because a forward can carry context you never meant to file. The exception is a document you placed yourself by confirming one of the AI's suggested destinations — that counts as your approval.
If something goes wrong
- You got a bounce. The reply names the check that failed. Sending from a personal address is the usual cause.
- Silence. Check the banner above — if the poller is off, nothing is being read. Otherwise use Add to wiki and tell InfoSys.
- A confirmation link expired. They last a week and are single-use. Reply in words instead.
- Filed in the wrong place. Reply on the thread while it's still in review, or ask a wiki admin to revert it.
